Nurturing growth in faith is a high priority at Fourth Church. One of the ways we work toward this goal is to offer Christian Education classes for preschoolers through adults, which meet weekly after Sunday worship. The lens through which we view all topics is both Biblical and Reformed as we look at what Scripture teaches and what it means for our lives. There is an emphasis on building community as we meet in smaller groups to encourage one another and hold one another accountable for learning, growing, and living outour faith. Learning activities for preschool through middle school include words, music, drama, nature, games, art, personal reflection, and interaction with others. High Schoolers and their parents have input into areas of study and discussion for their group. Current spiritually-related issues/needs observed at Fourth or Biblical topics of special interest are the centers of discussion in our adult classes.
